By accessing the Media Square website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a proposal or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any applicable written quotation, proposal, scope of work, service agreement or project confirmation.

If a written agreement contains terms that differ from this page, the written agreement will generally govern that specific engagement.

Media Square may provide services including digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and Local SEO, social media management, content production, website development, branding, software-related services and other agreed digital solutions.

The exact deliverables, timelines, platforms, quantities, exclusions and responsibilities are determined by the approved proposal or scope of work.

Service fees, taxes, payment schedules and billing terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, proposal or invoice.

• Work may begin only after the required advance or agreed payment is received.
• Advertising media spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Google is separate from Media Square service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Third-party software, hosting, domains, plugins, API usage, influencer charges, production expenses or external vendor costs may be billed separately where applicable.
• Delays in payment may affect campaign continuity, project timelines or service delivery.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, brand materials, approvals, account access, product or service details and other inputs required to perform the agreed work.

Delays in approvals, missing content, incorrect information, inaccessible accounts or late feedback may extend project or campaign timelines.

Ownership and usage rights for websites, designs, videos, source files, code, templates, advertising creatives and other deliverables are subject to the agreed project terms and full payment of applicable fees.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, licensed assets, stock materials, fonts, plugins, third-party libraries, templates and proprietary methods remain subject to their original ownership or licence terms.

Advertising services may depend on third-party platforms including Meta, Google and other networks. These platforms control account approvals, ad reviews, policy enforcement, delivery, bidding systems and suspensions.

Media Square cannot control or guarantee platform approval, uninterrupted delivery, account status, algorithm changes or changes to advertising policies.

Marketing, SEO, advertising, social media and website performance can be influenced by competition, market conditions, budgets, offers, pricing, location, platform algorithms, website quality, sales follow-up and other factors outside Media Square's control.

Unless specifically stated in a signed agreement, no particular number of leads, sales, rankings, followers, impressions, revenue or return on investment is guaranteed.

Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the selected package or agreed scope. Major changes, repeated revisions, new concepts or work outside the approved scope may require additional fees or a revised timeline.

Once content, design or campaign material is approved and published, later changes may be treated as new work depending on the effort required.

Cancellation, suspension and refund conditions are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice or service agreement. Fees already applied to completed work, production, reserved resources, third-party charges or advertising spend may not be refundable.

Media Square may suspend work where required payments, information, approvals or account access are not provided within a reasonable period.

Projects may use third-party platforms, hosting providers, domains, plugins, payment gateways, analytics tools, APIs, messaging services, advertising networks or software providers.

Availability, pricing, security, policy changes and performance of these services are controlled by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms.

Media Square will use reasonable professional effort to deliver agreed services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Media Square is not responsible for indirect losses or losses arising solely from third-party platform outages, account restrictions, algorithm changes, inaccurate client-provided information, delayed approvals or events beyond reasonable control.

Any specific liability arrangement agreed in a signed contract will take priority for that engagement.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when our services, business practices or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the revised website terms.
